Booking & Academy Policies
Welcome to Azure Beauty Bar & Academy. Before booking a beauty service or registering for a professional training course, please review our official business policies. By submitting a deposit, paying a tuition fee, or booking an appointment, you explicitly agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
PART 1: BEAUTY SERVICE & APPOINTMENT POLICIES
(Applies to all eyebrow and beauty service bookings)
1. Non-Refundable Booking Fees (Deposits)
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all service appointments.
• This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Your deposit will be credited toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of service via our approved payment methods.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• If you request to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new date one time. Subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• Late Policy: We operate on a strict schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to respect the next client's time, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit, and you will be restricted from booking future services with Azure Beauty Bar.
PART 2: TRAINING ACADEMY POLICIES
(Applies to all live, multi-city tour, and online training courses)
By Submitting a deposit, completing a registration payment, or scheduling a course, the student explicitly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms listed below. Payment completion serves as final acceptance of this policy.
1. Strict Non-Refundable Tuition & Registration Fees
• All training deposits, class registration fees, and full tuition payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.
• By registering for a course, purchasing a ticket for a training tour, or securing a training slot, the student explicitly acknowledges and agrees that they are waiving the right to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to financial hardship, school/work conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.
2. Student Rescheduling Policy
• Students are permitted a one-time reschedule for their training course, provided a written request is submitted via email or text at least 14 days prior to the scheduled class date.
• Any rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled class date will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit/tuition paid, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future training date.
3. No-Show & Communication Policy
• Failure to attend a scheduled training course without prior written approval, or failure to respond to official scheduling correspondence from the Academy within 48 hours of the course date, will be classified as a "No-Show."
• No-shows automatically forfeit all funds paid, and no rescheduling opportunities or course materials will be granted.
PART 3: CHARGEBACK, DISPUTE, & LEGAL AGREEMENT
(Applies to ALL clients and students)
1. Agreement Against Chargebacks
By purchasing a service or training course from Azure Beauty Bar & Academy, the buyer/student agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card company, or financial institution for any fees paid.
2. Documentation for Financial Institutions
In the event that an unauthorized chargeback or dispute is filed, this policy page, along with your checked agreement at checkout, text/email logs, and booking confirmations, will be submitted directly to the merchant processor and bank as binding evidence. This documentation proves that the buyer explicitly agreed to our non-refundable terms prior to rendering payment, and the bank will be requested to decide the dispute in favor of Azure Beauty Bar & Academy.
3. Right to Refuse Service
Azure Beauty Bar & Academy reserves the right to refuse service or educational training to any individual who violates our business policies, displays unprofessional behavior, or attempts to disrupt business operations.
By proceeding with your payment, deposit, or booking, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed above.
